國民黨總統初選進入第二階段「防磚」民調，人選最快13日出爐。黨中央今將針對民調方式與洪秀柱協調，黨主席朱立倫親自拍板，採對比、支持度分別占8成5、1成5的比例加總計算，認為可避免「一國兩制」問題。
洪陣營對此表達強烈不滿。近洪人士批評，朱立倫或黨中央所謂85％對比、15％支持度的比例，到底規定在哪？遍尋黨內提名規定和注意事項都沒有，「什麼時候變成主席說了算？」洪營仍主張照制度走，就是百分百的支持度民調。
若以此比例換算旺旺中時民調最新數字，洪秀柱的支持度為38％、與蔡英文對比是27.3％，洪將得出民調數為28.9％，很難跨越3成門檻。但若對比、支持度各占一半，洪的民調則可達32.6％，取得提名資格。
據了解，黨中央確定取消政見說明會，改邀請洪秀柱下周三到中常會報告、轉播外，民調於12、13日進行，最遲延到15日完成。至於最關鍵的民調方案，則傾向比例按照過去立委、縣市長黨內初選方式，即85％對比、15％個人支持度，。
對於洪秀柱民調攀升，朱立倫表示，樂於看到大家對洪的支持，她獲得更多支持，對國民黨是好事。
